COVID-19 has sent the world into chaos and is testing all of us. Here's a little art therapy process to help you manage any stress and tension that's arising for you right now. There's so much happening in the world, for everyone, and this can help you to manage your stress and shift you into a greater sense of calm and relaxation.
Even if it's just for a moment. Give your body, mind and soul some space... small moments of stress-free space add up to make a huge difference to our overall sense of well-being.
You only need a pen and 2 pieces of A4 paper. No artistic ability is needed! It's the process. We're working with scribbles to express our stress and then unraveling it.
